Refunds
Payment and delivery are separate. Read the order status before you pay again or request a refund.
Payment failed
No confirmed payment means there is nothing to refund. You can start a new payment from the same order.
Payment received, top-up still charging
The account is still being charged. There is no need to pay again. Wait until the order says fully charged or failed before contacting support.
Payment received, top-up failed
Contact support with the order ID. Do not buy the pack again unless support asks. Finance can refund the confirmed payment back through the payment provider. A refund is complete only after the provider confirms it.
Delivered to the ID you entered
Credits that reached the player ID, username, or zone you submitted are delivered. A wrong identifier is the most common reason a charge cannot be returned. Delivered orders are refunded only after an operator confirms that exception.
